After two weeks of working with our innovative methods, we have some interesting findings. And i cannot wait to show them to you from three dimensions. Let’s look at the envision first.
So, we start our questionnaire asking participants to envisage what kind of package would most likely succeed in attracting them. We present four categories to choose from, Straightforward, Suspenseful, Humorous, and Emotional. And turns out that many of them are rooting for category Straightforward and Suspenseful, with the former attracting more than one third of our respondents and the latter chosen by almost half.
However, we were not going to stop there. Do people really practice what they preach? Let’s go to our second dimension, where participants were required to pick the package most successfully attracted them in specific cases. We have three topics. Case A,Huawei mate 60 Evaluation,Case B, Civil Engineering and Case C, Oppenheimer Movie Review. What we found in our data is that, in all three cases, Straightforward and Suspenseful performed stably and well. And the other two categories actually kind of proved themselves in this dimension. Humorous successfully attracted some people, it even won first place in case B. And Emotional is the strangest, for it some times performed remarkably, yet sometimes lose catastrophically. Our findings from the third dimension will further show that this implies a common phenomenon in a way.
Albedo already told you our method of using the ratio, so I am going to show you the findings directly. Category Straightforward is stable as ever. And Category Suspenseful performs closely to Straightforward, which is consistent with the first and second dimension. What is really interesting is that Category Humorous has a high stake. Some people use it well and succeed, others who use it wrongly harvest little viewers. Lastly, Category Emotional seems to serve as a leverage helping less-famous video makers to succeed, which is shown by its surprisingly high ratio.
We even have observed more data from a special case, which is shown in Appendix B in our report, you can also read the paper copy after our presentation to make sure that our findings are not just coincidence. But do not be rush , because we still have Ben to finish our presentation with conclusions and recommendations.
