Personal

  • Working style — comfortable in a team, organized, and steady when a deadline is close. I am self-driven about the research itself, and I keep my code and documentation in a shape I would be happy to hand over.
  • Wider reading — neuroscience, anthropology, philosophy and game theory, read on my own time and increasingly useful for reframing technical problems.
  • What I am after — problems whose results reach people outside the lab, in a team that treats that reach as the point.
